Technical Support Specialist with a Focus on E-Commerce and Customer Service (m/f/d) (Freelance – Remote) 50–100%

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical customer support
  • Responding to support requests (email, tickets, phone)
  • Assisting customers with software installation and activation
  • Diagnosing issues related to software keys
  • Remote access for troubleshooting, if necessary

 

Operational Management

  • Adding and updating products in our list
  • Operational management on existing marketplaces
  • Reminders to customers regarding outstanding invoices

 

Additional tasks

  • Reviewing translations of German business and media content
  • Contacting customers who have left negative reviews by phone to resolve their issues
  • Contributing to the improvement of our internal processes

 

Your Profile

  • At least one year of professional experience in IT, software, or technical customer support
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with software installation and activation
  • Confident handling of technical support requests and their solution-oriented processing
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to solve technical problems in a structured and reliable manner
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Native German speaker
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills
  • French or other languages are a plus
