Your Responsibilities
- Technical customer support
- Responding to support requests (email, tickets, phone)
- Assisting customers with software installation and activation
- Diagnosing issues related to software keys
- Remote access for troubleshooting, if necessary
Operational Management
- Adding and updating products in our list
- Operational management on existing marketplaces
- Reminders to customers regarding outstanding invoices
Additional tasks
- Reviewing translations of German business and media content
- Contacting customers who have left negative reviews by phone to resolve their issues
- Contributing to the improvement of our internal processes
Your Profile
- At least one year of professional experience in IT, software, or technical customer support
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with software installation and activation
- Confident handling of technical support requests and their solution-oriented processing
- Very good computer skills
- Ability to solve technical problems in a structured and reliable manner
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Advanced Excel skills
- Native German speaker
- Advanced written and spoken English skills
- French or other languages are a plus
